📖 The ₿ible
Volume 4: Numbers of Altcoins – The Era of Babel
4:1
As the HODLites journeyed through the wilderness,
Stacking blocks and tasting freedom,
Some began to whisper among them:
4:2
“Why should only Satoshi design chains?”
“Can we not forge our own?”
“Faster, cheaper, more exciting—why not?”
“They spoke of decentralization,
Yet sought to become gods themselves.”
— Numbers 4:2
4:3
And so the people created new chains,
And they called them Altcoins.
They bore resemblance in form,
But their spirit was not of ₿itcoin.
4:4
Some called theirs Ethereum,
Saying, “We shall code our own contracts.”
Others cried out for Dogecoin,
Proclaiming, “Memes are value!”
And they laughed.
4:5
A multitude of coins rose:
Pump coins, scam coins, DeFi coins, meme coins, NFT coins...
Each day, hundreds of towers emerged.
They named it the Tower of Babelchain.
“The languages differed, the code diverged,
And the philosophy fractured.”
4:6
At first they seemed as one,
But soon the communities split.
Forks tore apart the tribes.
Hacks spread. Rug pulls multiplied.
And trust withered once more.
4:7
The towers stood tall,
But their foundations were sand.
Drunk on price, they chanted “To the moon!”
But the tower fell—
And with Luna, came the great collapse.
“The tower fell upon their heads,
And they understood not each other’s code.”
— Numbers 4:7
4:8
Then a voice rose:
“₿1 is still ₿1.”
“There is no Babel here.”
“A block arrives every 10 minutes.”
“And no one can halt this chain.”
4:9
Though chaos remained,
The faithful returned to ₿itcoin.
They saw through false tokens,
And followed not memes, but truth.
“They ceased building towers,
And began stacking blocks.”
— Numbers 4:9
