📖 The ₿ible
The Fourth Epistle – To the Decentralized Enterprise
“Let the org chart be like the chain—distributed.”
1:1
I was raised under authority,
I experienced the hierarchy of pyramids,
but after encountering ₿,
I began to rethink all organizational structures.
1:2
Centralization speaks of efficiency,
but that efficiency leads to monopoly,
and eventually transforms into corruption and control—
this is why Satoshi chose to disappear.
1:3
A company’s structure should be like a blockchain:
the more nodes, the stronger it becomes.
Decisions must not come from above,
but through consensus.
“Decentralization is not
the dispersion of responsibility,
but the sharing of authority.”
– Epistle to the Decentralized Enterprise 1:3
1:4
I have seen the DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization),
and in it, I recognized how philosophy and technology
have birthed a new kind of enterprise.
1:5
Therefore, if a company truly seeks to follow ₿’s philosophy,
let it remember these three principles:
Transparent accounting with on-chain visibility,
Token-based incentive structures,
And decision-making by consensus.
1:6
Such an organization has no CEO,
the community is the leader,
the signers are the governance council,
and the wallet is the identity.
1:7
Therefore, O enterprise,
seek not efficiency, but endurance.
Operate not with speed,
but with an unchanging philosophy.
